Windows 7
I’m migrating to Windows 7 on my primary PC.
We are back from our vacation on Maui. Here’s a GPS track of where we drove. We didn’t bother going to Hana, however we did drive to the summit of Haleakala which was very nice.
This weekend I installed a drip irrigation system for Lakshmi’s patio garden. It was relatively easy to install, although it did take longer than expected. The system uses 1/4″ tubing connected using a variety of straight, tee and elbow joints.
Here are two end drippers. They drip water at 1/2 a gallon per hour. I also used 1 GPH inline drippers.
This is a tee joint.
And here is an elbow joint.
The tubing is connected to a timer switch which will water for 15 minutes every 12 hours. This may not be enough, so we’ll adjust it in the next few weeks.
Here are some photos of the lush foliage. If you look closely you can see the black 1/4″ tubing snaking from planter to planter.
